Pilates 4me owner is Jane Jackson. She has had over ten years experience teaching Pilates and has a Bachelor of Education Degree. Originally credited as a Fitness trainer in Mat Pilates and in Group Fitness. Jane has since trained in Mat and Studio (clinical). Pilates under the highly acclaimed Polestar Training. Her background and passion was as an athlete in Athletics (duathlon and triathlon), running, hockey and dance. Pilates4me studio provides Beginner Intermediate and Advance classes to those who would like the opportunity to work out in a comfortable and friendly environment suited to their individual needs. Restrengthening, Reviving and Refocusing The Pilates Method is a set of movements and principles designed to dramatically improve body strength, core, flexibility, posture, balance and coordination.
