RECONNECT is a National program funded by Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs. RECONNECT provides a free service to young people and their families at risk of homelessness or experiencing difficulties with school community or family. Some of our current activities are around supporting students at local schools to access community activities and to maintain healthy connections. Enquiries welcome.
